The Family Place, the largest provider of family violence services in Texas, announced it will present the Texas Trailblazer Award to Mary Kay Inc. chief executive officer Ryan Rogers. The ceremony is set to take place at the 27th annual Texas Trailblazer Awards luncheon in Dallas, Texas, where Rogers will be honored for his achievements, success and commitment to opening the doors of opportunity for others.

The Seldia Astra Awards 2023 ceremony held in Brussels recognized the achievements of Seldia members who have led positive change for the industry, made a positive impact on the society and environment, and empowered direct sellers to be successful.

Mary Kay Ash Foundation recently awarded grants totaling $100,000 to four North Texas domestic violence shelters. Each of the shelters will receive $25,000 to help put their clients on the path to safety, hope, and healing. Mary Kay Ash Foundation’s funds will provide continued support of general operating costs, transitional housing, outreach counseling facilities, as well as therapeutic services, legal representation, and other services.

Mary Kay Inc. presented new findings on the benefits of a botanical leaf extract at the American Society of Nutrition’s Annual Conference. The company’s research found that, when included in nutritional drinks containing protein, fat and fiber, the benefits of a botanical leaf extract could have a “significant impact on our understanding of botanical leaf extract rich in polysaccharides, flavonoids, alkaloids, and 1-deoxynojirimycin and other active components to lower glucose response and satiety in consumers”.

Mary Kay released a report detailing progress on “Enriching Lives Today for a Sustainable Tomorrow” (ELTFAST), the company’s global sustainability program.

Mary Kay’s philanthropic arm The Mary Kay Ash Foundation announced the donation of 50 grants of $20,000 each to domestic violence shelters across the country. This $1 million donation is expected to serve and support nearly 150,000 women through the shelters in 2023 by providing emergency and transitional housing, counseling and legal aid.
