BODi introduces game-changing wellness lineup

BODi announced new major offerings that will help customers reset and refocus their health this fall: the integration of Belle Vitale, the first lifestyle solution for women’s hormone health created by BODi Super Trainer Autumn Calabrese, into the BODi member library, and the launch of her innovative Track Pilates, an all-new program.

Additionally, BODi is expanding its Shakeology 0g added sugar line with three new vegan flavors: Café Latte, Cookies & Creamy, and Tropical Strawberry. Available in both 14 and 30-serving options, these new blends offer customers more delicious, nutritious ways to support their wellness goals.

Originally launched as a standalone purchase, Belle Vitale digital content is now included at no additional cost for all BODi subscribers. This reflects BODi’s commitment to meeting women where they are, at a time when hormone health gains greater visibility and urgency across the wellness category, the company said.

For decades, women have been dismissed and told that their stubborn weight gain, hot flashes, night sweats, and low libido were something they have to live with. That stops now. The four-week, Track Pilates program offers full-body strength and toning in just 30 minutes a day, four days a week.
