Previously, Janet S. Weil was the associate general counsel at Plexus Worldwide, LLC. She also served as general counsel to three direct sales companies in Europe and the United States. Additionally, she practiced corporate law in U.K. at Baker McKenzie, LLP and Taylor Wessing, LLP.

Weil has a master’s degree in dispute resolution and a degree in law with honors. She is also a member of the New York State Bar and is a solicitor in the UK. In 2019, Weil was recognized by the national diversity council as one of the top 25 general counsels in DFW for leadership in diversity and inclusion.
