Plexus’s chief marketing officer Ashley Hower has been selected as an honoree in Ragan’s Top Women of Marketing Award, class of 2025, in the product marketing category.

This award highlights exciting momentum for the global health and wellness company. With a mission of hope, health and happiness, Plexus supports the microbiome through innovative products.

As the company’s CMO since April 2024, Hower spearheads global marketing initiatives in her role, driving brand strategy, consumer engagement, events, and product innovation to accelerate growth and strengthen Plexus’ market presence. She has led multiple large-scale marketing initiatives including the 2024 holiday campaign, the company’s annual convention, a recent product launch campaign for the Plexus Skin Health System, and the launch of multiple seasonal limited time offer flavors. 

She is a true brand builder with nearly two decades of marketing experience – 11 of those years in the direct selling channel. At each company she has served, Hower revamped global creative strategy, created high level functionality, and streamlined messaging for vitamin and supplement companies, nonprofits, and an e-commerce tech startup.

Ashley Hower has brought her passion for marketing to Plexus, and the brand feels it on every level.
