– Non-profit organizations receiving grants from MONAT Gratitude are focused on enriching our youth with arts and culture, sports, entrepreneurship and recreation education because we’ve learned that extracurricular activities in these areas promote development of motor, language and social skills. Another curiosity… MONAT Global modernizes its distribution process with supply chain partnership. In collaboration with Alpine Supply Chain Solutions, a boutique supply chain consulting company, MONAT Global began operations in its new 150,000 square foot facility in Doral, Florida. The facility’s design, which was completed in part by Alpine Supply Chain Solutions, incorporates these details to modernize and streamline its distribution process:
- In-line scales to make sure the right quantities and products are picked in each order
- Auto print and apply stations to increase order processing speed and accuracy
- Auto carton erectors to eliminate the need for forming and taping cartons
- Pick-to-light system to improve picking productivity from 80 to 120 lines per hour
