Hester has a business degree in accounting and brings more than 30 years of experience to both the operational and the field side of PM-International. An industry leader and author, he actively coached distributors and trained entrepreneurs on a global level and had various roles with the Direct Selling Association (DSA) and Direct Selling Education Foundation (DSEF).
As PM-International’s general manager, Hester will lead the sales strategy in the American and Canadian markets. In addition, he will support and be the contact person for the company’s customers and partners in North America. He will be reporting to CEO and founder Rolf Sorg.
