Through its environmental work, the company has reduced its plastic usage by 82 tons and paper usage by 23 tons, published its first carbon footprint and made a commitment to make all product packaging recycled, recyclable, reusable, reduced or renewable by 2030.
The company’s social efforts resulted in the donation of more than $6.7 million to causes around the world, a partnership with charity organizations to make a difference on every continent except Antarctica, and a pay equity analysis that resulted in the implementation of appropriate adjustments that will now be a part of its regular annual pay practices.
