Jess Etcell, MONAT market partner, was recognized with the Independent Salesperson of the Year for her climb to becoming one of the highest-ranking leaders in the region.
Additionally, MONAT received the Innovation Award for its Styling Masterclass Series, which leveraged distributors with large social media followings to generate buzz and achieved a 45% increase in styling product sales and a 270% increase in customer enrollments in March 2023.
