UV-C LEDs are an advanced, chemical-free way to effectively destroy microorganisms in water, such as bacteria, viruses and cysts. The use of UV-C LEDs also makes the New eSpring Water Purifier a more sustainable product. UV-C LEDs are designed to last up to 10 years, so no annual UV lamp disposal will be needed.
– Our health and wellness journey starts with clean water. For more than 20 years, Amway’s award-winning eSpring Water Purifier has given users cleaner, great-tasting drinking water right at home. Now we’ve taken things another step further by tapping our best and brightest scientists and engineers to leverage a new way of filtering water using UV-C LEDs – said Asha Gupta, regional president, Asia and chief strategy & corporate development officer.
Together with the new eSpring product launch, Amway introduced its new Amway Healthy Home App that will enable users to monitor their Amway devices, including the New eSpring Water Purifier. The new app offers product information, real-time updates, usage stats and filter change alerts, and enables users to order filters directly from the app. New Amway eSpring Water Purifier is now available in Hong Kong. Additional markets will be introduced in 2024.
