Vorwerk Polska has chosen West 4 Business Hub office building, located at Na Ostatnim Groszu Street, in the north-western part of Wroclaw, for the company’s new headquarters. The distributor has leased over 1 900 sq m. of space in the newest building in the complex. Relocation to a new office is a result of the will to create better conditions for the development of the company’s organizational culture and to provide the team with an attractive work environment, as well as the need to expand the co-working space.
– Moving to the new headquarters is a natural response to the growing needs of modernizing office space. The new office of the company is an investment in our team. We chose West 4 Business Hub because it meets the highest standards in terms of comfort and safety at work. We also wanted to be able to arrange a spacious and comfortable common space, a modern kitchen and many training rooms. It was also important for us to be able to arrange the kitchen for the development of recipes for Thermomix®. The favorable lease terms that were negotiated were also a motivating factor in selecting this property – says Wojciech Ćmikiewicz, CEO of Vorwerk Polska.
– Vorwerk Polska company entrusted us with conducting a comprehensive process of relocation of the headquarters, including financial, legal and technical negotiations. It was important for us to quickly complete the selection of the location as well as negotiations, as the tenant expected a swift relocation. The building was to meet the appropriate technical conditions and provide a comfortable space for work. Our aim was also to create a training space with practicing facilities along with a fully equipped kitchen. It was important that the space was highly adaptable. The location was also to guarantee the number of parking spaces expected by the tenant. We are glad that the company decided to take advantage of our experience and that the relocation process was carried out so efficiently – comments Kamila Królikowska, senior negotiator at Walter Herz.
– Once more we had the pleasure of working with Vorwerk Polska. We have already advised the company on the leasing of regional offices, and each time decisions were made quickly and efficiently. The choice of the new headquarters was dictated primarily by the great location of the building, which stands out with interesting architectural solutions on the office map of Wroclaw – informs Mateusz Dembski-Kornaga, senior negotiator at Walter Herz.
